1. Data controller

2. Data we process and why

When you request a free design visit we process the data you give us (name, phone, postcode and preferred language) for the sole purpose of contacting you, arranging the visit and preparing your proposal.

If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we process the data you provide through those channels for the same purpose.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR): you ask us for a design visit and a quote, and we use your data to provide them.

4. Retention

We keep your data while we handle your request and, if no contract follows, for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact. If you go ahead, we keep it for the duration of the contract and any legally required periods.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use technology providers (web hosting, messaging) acting as processors with the guarantees of art. 28 GDPR.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@quepo.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses, if you accept them, Google analytics and advertising cookies (GA4 and Google Ads) to measure how our campaigns perform. You can configure your browser to block them without affecting your use of the site.
